Developing into a newborn photographer has been a journey filled with ups and downs. I talked about that on social media yesterday. I was fearful when starting with this new genre, believing I wouldn’t be good enough. I’m thankful for the support from loved ones and clients that continued to trust me. I was able to persevere and overcome the risk of failure. I’m grateful that I haven’t given up on my dream. So, for you, who are afraid to try something new, it’s ok to take that path. Fear is natural and helps us grow, remember where you started and know that the road might not have been easy, but it is achievable. There is this moment when a mom sees her pictures for the first time. It almost takes your breath away as a photographer. That makes it worth all the effort.

I feel incredibly blessed to be a newborn photographer and provide families with beautiful pictures of their sweet little. I know that so many generations will treasure them! I’ll leave you today with this loving family and their brand new baby. Soak in the pictures and the love, and know that you can achieve anything you set your mind too.
